New Service Helps Families Find Discounted Foreclosed Homes

MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- A new firm has been launched by Excelsior real estate professional Randi Thornton and Equity Capital executive Carol Rose, designed to help families find the right home from among thousands of foreclosed properties now available.

"We selected the name Foreclosure Parade, with its slightly happy sound, as a way to help communicate our message," Thornton says, "namely, that our business goal is to make it easy for families and other potential buyers to view and visit properties that best suit their needs."

"By focusing exclusively on foreclosed properties, Foreclosure Parade's data system enables us to find the hottest discounted properties in good neighborhoods throughout the Twin Cities," Rose states, "and then we offer potential buyers video tours of selected homes as well as private tours of homes and neighborhoods, as part of our services. The good news for families is that these quality homes can be purchased at greatly reduced prices."

"Our business strategy is to help make good properties valuable again by bringing pre-qualified buyers to neighborhoods where they can settle down and raise families," Thornton notes. "We believe that our services are perceived as very valuable by most communities we work with. Some are seeing large numbers of foreclosed properties. Our firm helps by quickly getting those properties into the hands of new qualified home owners who can then help strengthen and revitalize their neighborhoods," Rose advises.
